Third-party service providers that process personal data on AuditOak's behalf to deliver and support our services.

Overview
AuditOak uses carefully selected subprocessors to run infrastructure, deliver the Website, respond to inquiries, and process payments. Each subprocessor is subject to contractual obligations requiring appropriate security and confidentiality measures.
This list applies to AuditOak as a processor of Customer Content and as a controller for Website and sales data. Enterprise customers with signed DPAs receive notice of material subprocessor changes according to their agreement.

We review subprocessors periodically and update this page when providers change. Last substantive review: June 2026.
Subprocessor changes
We may add or replace subprocessors as our infrastructure and tooling evolve. Customers with active enterprise agreements will receive advance notice of new subprocessors where required by contract, including an opportunity to object on reasonable grounds relating to data protection.
